Justin Louie, Senior Analyst, leads Blueprint’s practice in evaluation of advocacy, policy change, and social change efforts. He has a background in foundation and nonprofit program design and evaluation, as well as grassroots organizing and leadership development.  While at Blueprint, Justin has managed research and evaluation projects for the Tides Foundation, The California Endowment and Media Justice Fund, among others.  Before Blueprint, he served as a nonprofit program manager and as president of a national nonprofit board of directors.  Most recently before joining Blueprint, he worked at Policy Analysis for California Education conducting an evaluation of childcare workforce development programs.  He has experience in a broad range of issue areas, including youth leadership, education policy, HIV prevention, nonprofit organizational development and lesbian/gay rights. Justin holds a B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master in Public Policy degree from Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy.
