Biography
Professor Hudson is the Director of the Telecommunications Management and Policy Program at the University of San Francisco. She has written seven books and more more than 100 articles, and has presented numerous conference papers and expert testimony on telecommunications applications and domestic and international policy issues such as universal service, information infrastructure, and telecommunications planning for socio-economic development.
