Abstract
This baseline study on media policy funding was commissioned, with support from the
Ford Foundation and the Albert A. List Foundation, by Grantmakers in Film and Electronic Media (GFEM)—an association of grantmakers committed to advancing the field of media arts and public interest media funding. It builds upon the past work of the CIMA: Center for International Media Action/OMG Center for Collaborative Learning “Listening Project” and the MediaWorks funder survey.
