Biography
Amy Mahan is a senior researcher for the World Dialogue on Regulation
for Network Economies and in charge of publications for LIRNE.NET. Her
current research focuses on ICT for development, e-governance
initiatives and regulatory institutional practices. As a founding
member of LIRNE, Mahan works to ensure wide dissemination of the
network’s research products and works with the other project leaders to
coordinate research practices across the regional centres.
